Our Brief Story

Call2Call was founded by a team with over 15 years of collective experience of taking high quality calls.  We decided to take our own path and impart on a new adventure: creating our own nearshore solutions company. One of the primary reasons we started our journey is due to the lack of care we saw in the outsourcing companies in the TAS industry.

We decided to be a light in an industry cursed by finite thinking and a win-lose mentality. A company fully focused on the client’s vision.

Aside from working with your team to find the best solutions to fit your needs, we take great care of our agents. Giving them a level of training and comprehension to exceed your expectations. Our agents stay with us longer, are happier and more successful as a result.
